GI USMC RAT Boot Temperate Weather— Flat Collar
Developed side by side with the United States Marine Corps, the RAT (Rugged All Terrain) earned its name among elite warfighters as being the only proven USMC Rugged All-Terrain boot available. For superior abrasion- and scuff-resistance, full-grain Nubuck leather combined with lightweight, breathable 1000 Denier nylon is used. This combination offers some of the best protection in cold and wet environments. The lining is 100% waterproof and breathable with GORE-TEX liners to ensure that no water gets in while allowing sweat and moisture to get out.

The special speed lace system hardware allows you to tighten from toe to top with one swift tug for a secure, tight fit. These boots have an advanced lug design combined with Vibram's Dri-Ice compound to keep the outsole flexible and stable in extreme cold. These boots were also handcrafted to provide a wider platform, and our legendary stitch-down construction offers increased stability underfoot.
