ECWCS Level 7 Primaloft® Overpants

The Primaloft® Level 7 Extreme Cold Weather Trousers are designed for use during static operations in extreme cold and are meant to be worn on top of other ECWCS layered bottoms. Constructed with water-resistant outer shell fabric and PrimaLoft® Sport thermal bonded high-loft insulation, Level VII is highly durable and breathable. These pants maintain warmth even when wet.

These pants are level 7 of the ECWCS clothing system and are meant to be worn over layers of clothing as the final layer.

The Level VII trousers feature a zippered fly opening, an elastic waist with provisions for suspenders, nylon-reinforced knees, and full-length side-zipper openings to facilitate donning without the removal of boots or shoes. All zippers have a pull tab for ease of opening and closing when wearing gloves.

If you intend to wear these pants on their own without any additional layering underneath, we recommend that you size down by 2 from your usual size pants. Example: If you usually wear size XL, order size M
