ECW Thermal Top

This thermal top was designed to keep soldiers warm and at their best performance. They were specifically made for personal spending extended periods of time in below-freezing temperatures.

Military personal spend a lot of their time outdoors in the freezing cold. That is why the US Military designed these ECW (Extended Cold Weather) thermal tops to help their soldiers snug and warm.

Due to safety requirements, artificial materials are not allowed in conjunction with the Nomex CVC uniforms. In flash fire situations, synthetic materials will melt into the body, and, if anything, will exacerbate the situation. Natural materials (cotton and wool) like the ones in this thermal will not melt to the body.

The Size small thermal runs like an X-small; however it does stretch over time.
