Selvedge Denim Jeans
These 12 oz. 100% cotton redline selvedge denim jeans have been designed for Roicom MFG by the Cone Mills Co. Cone Mills was the last selvedge denim mill left in the US before it closed in late 2017. The White Oak Cone Mills plant opened 112 years ago and provided beautiful quality pieces of denim for many top manufacturers for a century. The word selvedge comes from "self-edge." The denim's edge has a clean finish; since it will not unravel, the fabric's edge is used as the garment's outseam. Therefore, looking at the out seams inside is easy to identify a pair of jeans made from selvage denim.
