Top Loading Hiking Backpack

This backpack is legit. It is the perfect size for a medium-sized Scout or Adult Volunteer Scouter. The side pockets are large enough for me to put my piezo electric cookware on one side and fuel on the other side. The top pocket holds the other Scout essentials needed for any 3-5 day trek or car campout. The backpack could get very warm if walking for hours, though. The shoulder, waist and chest straps are very nice to have when carrying the heavier loads. The inner storage compartment is HUGE, not is size, but in capacity. I can fit (3) days worth of clothes, backpacking sleeping bag, cold-weather air mattress, camp pillow, hammock/straps, and a small recharger box 8x8x6" for phones, fans, usb lights, flashlight, etc. The top straps are sturdy and very useful. They could hold anything cylindrical such as fuel cannister, H20proof compression sack, umbrella, or rolled up jacket. I use the center ring to hold my solar-powered hand-held charger or camp cup while on the trail. The uses are just about endless...
This week I'm field testing it while deer hunting. The material of the pack seems pretty rugged so it shouldn't get torn very easily while walking through the wooded areas. We'll see how it goes. I chose the black color but the blue one is pretty cool too. I am very satisfied with the purchase. AND, it arrived VERY QUICKLY.. Thank you!!! :)
