Using as 3rd layer

I watched ask Paul kirtley video on winter layering. And wearing 2 wool long johns plus this should be warm enough for -10°F weather.they are a snug fit. I the size 31 fits with lil bit room. I'm a 5'5" 115llbs and size 29 waist. My plan is to get size up so I can use suspenders with them. Exactly like Paul kirtley. He's a bushcrafter.
