So I bought this tarp in hopes that the quality would be better than standard store bought ones. As usual Mcguire army navy came through. Used still great quality, plenty of life left. You can't beat the price and quality. I'm super satisfied. This has been my third purchase from here. Every time I've not been let down. Thank y'all again!
Great tarp. In terms of make and material, it's pretty much a poncho minus the hole and hood. It's very durable and not like the typical "lawn and garden" type tarps made of woven plastic. I had to return what was originally sent because even though I expected it to be damaged, it was severely damaged, with a very large hole that rendered it useless and was beyond what was described. Customer service was excellent and immediately replaced the severely damaged item with a better one. 5 stars go to the customer service team for standing by the descriptions on the website and the quick turnaround.
Was listed as damaged, but only had a couple minor pin holes. I was very pleased with this purchase!
For a used tarp if it doesn’t get any better. A little bit of smell. When you hold it up to the sun you can see some thin spots and light coming through. But for the price it’s a fantastic deal. big enough to use for bushcrafting or motorcycle camping. I think it will work out great and I’m really glad I bought one. It folds down and wraps up much smaller than I thought it would. Perfect!
The tarp had two places I repaired with gorilla tape. Then I held it up to the light and found it was covered in pin holes too many to patch. Not suitable as a shelter. Maybe I'll cover a wood pile with it.
