Return Window
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
- Original packaging must be included if applicable
We do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Intimate or sanitary goods
How to Start a Return or Exchange
You can now start a return or exchange yourself — no email or phone call required.
You have two ways to get to the self-service return page:
1. From your account. Sign in to your account at mcguirearmynavy.com, go to Orders, open the order you want to return, and click Request return.
2. From your order email. Open your order confirmation or shipping email and click the order link. You’ll be taken to the same order page where you can click Request return.
From there:
· Select the item(s) you want to return
· Choose a reason for the return
· Add an optional note with any extra details
· Click Request return to submit
You’ll receive an email confirming your request and, once it’s approved, instructions for sending the item back.

- Details of your return or exchange request

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
You will receive confirmation once your return has been processed or your exchange has shipped.
Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
However, if you receive an item that is incorrect or arrives damaged beyond expected condition, please contact us. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
