The Cold Weather M-51 Fishtail Hood with Fur Ruff is an authentic vintage 1970s M-51 field jacket hood — designed to attach to the M-51 Field Jacket or the M-65 Fishtail Parka for essential head and face protection in extreme cold and wet environments. 35% Nylon / 65% Cotton shell with a wool-blend lining (56% Wool / 29% Cotton / 15% Nylon) and a synthetic fur ruff. Drawstring and Velcro[R] closure. Made in USA by Alpha Industries.
Well-suited for cold-weather outdoor work, hunting, hiking, and any extreme-cold activity where you need extra head coverage on top of a hood-less jacket. Attaches to any M-65 or M-51 with the standard attachment points.
